1st International Building Surveying Conference (IBSC 2022)

The 1st International Building Surveying Conference (IBSC) is a conference dedicated to promoting the importance, significance and advancement of building surveying works in the construction industry. This conference is deliberately planned for various backgrounds in the Built Environment who are frequently involved in building surveying scope of works. With the advance of technologies and the wave of Industry Revolution, IBSC 2022 offers an opportunity for awareness and enhancement of knowledge and to keeping-up with the latest know-how in the field. IBSC also provides a platform for the participants to learn from the invited guest speakers including distinguished overseas experts, covering the key issues on the Building Surveying practices with the theme of Embracing the future through a high-performance building.

The organizing committee invites all government officers, practitioners, researchers, academics, professional, students and those interested to participate in the forthcoming IBSC. CPD points are applied from respective professional bodies. This conference is organized by the Public Works Department Malaysia, Department of Building Surveying, Faculty of Built Environment, UM, and the Royal Institutions of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) with its supported organizations RISM and MyRBS.
