The 4th Global Culinary Challenge Malaysia (GCCM) aims to showcase Malaysia’s culinary skills and rich food culture while providing a platform for chefs from around the world to interact, exchange experiences, and enhance their expertise. This event also seeks to promote Malaysian tourism and create business opportunities for participants across various sectors, including exhibitors and visitors.
The GCCM encourages global collaboration and skill-sharing, enabling chefs to innovate, improve their craft, and maintain a competitive edge. The chefs from several countries would be able to benefit from interacting to elevate their skills, gain new industry insights and create innovative cuisines to maintain the competitive edge of the individual business. The event’s positive impact is evident in the valuable industry insights and networking opportunities it provides. With the continued support of Malaysia’s Federal Territory Tourism, the 4th edition of this prestigious competition promises to be another milestone in promoting Malaysia’s culinary excellence to the world.
Building on the successes of the previous GCCM events, the competition is held alongside a major food exhibition, Food & Drinks Malaysia by SIAL, attracting both local and international F&B professionals.
