Food & Hotel Malaysia (FHM) 2025

The 17th edition of Food and Hotel Malaysia (FHM), Malaysia’s premier trade-only food and hospitality exhibition will be held from 19 September to 22 September 2023 at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC). Bringing business back to normal and creating new excitement with the return capacity of 10 halls.

FHM 2023 acts as an ideal avenue in paving the way for industry players to reconnect and prepare for their return to business. Targeting the international market, the four-day event is expected to draw 1,500 participating brands and companies as well as 25,000 quality trade buyers. The event will focus on attracting new business connections and pushing innovations in the food and hospitality community.

With the return hall capacity of FHM 2023, the upcoming edition will feature new highlights in biodegradable products, international cuisine showcase, nutrition, omakase and sake pairing session, plant-based (alternative protein), wine education hub as well as see the return of special events such as Pastry Innovation Lab and Culinaire Malaysia.
