Welcome to the POWERMAN Malaysia, Asia’s largest and most prestigious duathlon event and recently awarded the Best Duathlon Race in the 2019 Best Races awards by AsiaTRI.

The 19th edition of Powerman Malaysia will be held on 9 June 2024 at Dataran Putrajaya.

POWERMAN Individual Classic (10km Run + 60km Bike + 10km Run (6 hours cutoff, minimum age 18))
POWERMAN Individual Short (5km Run + 30km Bike + 5km Run (5 hours cutoff, minimum age 16))
POWERKIDS Age 6-8 (0.5km Run + 1km Bike + 0.5km Run)
POWERKIDS Age 9-11 (1km Run + 4km Bike + 1km Run)
POWERKIDS Age 12-15 (1km Run + 4km Bike + 1km Run)
