Team Works Academy which is a certified HRDF company fully owned and managed by FGNC Events Group. Since its incorporation in 2009, it has been providing First Class Team Building & Training services to the Group’s clients. With host of professional learning partners, we have impressed many participants with our Team Building skills. Our trainers and facilitators are highly qualified with NLP, Train The Trainer and Corporate Coaching Certifications.

The new and exciting techniques practiced by our professional trainers have helped many corporate companies to rejuvenate their staff morale, confidence and team work. We use deep Nero Linguistic methodology in a fun and exciting way to teach the staffs to adapt to the ever changing work environment. Our programs have been proven employee’s loyalty and we also instill client’s vision and mission in our program to boost productivity and profits. Ultimately our objective is visualizing the importance of working as team in and out of the company.

With recent concern on social distancing, Team Works Academy has taken a step further to develop Virtual Team Building events. Teams can now remotely join in the Team Building from anywhere. This will be the most effective way to keep the team engaged during the pandemic.
